Dr. Condy Richardson (Senior Pastor)
Condy came to Hermitage Baptist Church and Camden in 2002 to serve as the senior pastor. He is married to Anna and has two children, Ruthie and Condy, Jr. Originally from Sumter, SC, he is happy to be leading a church that wants to reach its community and the world. He has led teams from Hermitage on short-term mission trips to Honduras several times and has a heart for international missions. He studied at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas and recently completed doctoral work at Beeson Divinity School in Birmingham, Alabama.

Rev. Mark Hopkins (Associate Pastor)
Mark Hopkins wears many hats at Hermitage. He is a counselor, teacher, and our piano player and always has an encouraging word to offer. He and his wife Amy have a daughter named Kaylee. Mark is also very involved in local and international missions, but he has a special love for the benevolence ministries of Hermitage. He leads Hermitage's food bank ministry and is one of the leaders of "Sacks of Love." He earned his Masters of Divinity at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in North Carolina.

Rev. Neal Sweet (Youth Minister)
Neal and his wife Jessica are the leaders of a growing youth ministry at Hermitage. This is their third year at the church. Neal is a fifth grade teacher at one of the local elementary schools, but he is a friend and mentor to youth of all ages in the community. Neal and his wife are expecting their first child soon.

Mr. Jerome Ogburn (Music Minister)
Jerome has been in music ministry in local churches for nearly thirty years. He is skilled at leading the worship choir but also leads through vocals and has been known to play the trumpet on occasion. He is married to Mickey, and they have two grown daughters named Jennifer and Jessica. Jerome is employed as a real estate agent in the Kershaw County area.

Mrs. Nel Pierson (Administrative Assistant)
Nel has been at part of Hermitage Baptist Church her entire life. She has worked in the office for over fifteen years and is involved in the life of the church in many ways. Nel has a passion for the nursery and children's ministries of Hermitage. She and her husband Jones have two grown daughters named Ashley and Paula. They also have one grandson.
